Day 2 : Knowing God.

Definition of GOD 

In our last lesson we learnt about ourselves. We had seen the qualities and powers of SOUL. Today we will learn about GOD. After learning about GOD we will create a divine connection between GOD and spiritual SOUL. This is the proper meaning of meditation.

Let us see the following things today:


  1. Definition of GOD.
  2. Qualities of GOD.
  3. Difference between SHIV and SHANKAR.

  1. GOD is Worshiped by all religions in different ways but in same form. The three main definition of GOD given by all great holy books like Khuran, Bible, Bhagwat Gita, etc. is:

i. GOD is light. [Parmaatma jyoti swaroop hai]

ii. GOD is shapeless. [Bhagwan niraakar hai]

iii. GOD is one for all beings. [Sabka Malik Ek]


         Our ancient Leaders in India worshiped "Shivlinga". They knew the true knowledge about GOD and gave it to the world. The great King Vikram Aditya established SHIVLING that has no shape no body and named it JYOTARLINGA that indicates GOD is light and worshiped it for years. The simple message he gave was GOD is light and has no shape. As we know we all are SOUL and SOUL is light. Father of soul is GOD. Father of cat looks like cat , father of human child looks like human and similarly, father of soul looks like soul. Thus God is a light and is a Supreme Soul. SOUL in hindi is called as "Aatma" and GOD is called as "Param-Aatma" means Supreme Soul. Christ said "GOD is LIGHT and He is one". Muhammad said "Allah Noor hai" that means GOD is light. Hindu worship Shivlinga in "chardham yarta" and that is called as "jyotarlinga" meaning Its a form of light. All religion in their way had different statements but same meaning and accepted that GOD IS LIGHT and has no shape and He is only one.



2. So now we all know GOD is one and is a supreme light.We all are child of that God using body as a hardware to feel, hear ,see and speak our messages. Supreme light have supreme qualities. The spiritual name of this supreme GOD is "LORD SHIV". Lord Shiv and Lord Shankar are both different.


These are few qualities of GOD:

1.God is ocean of Love.

2.God is immortal.

3.God has divine intellect.

4.God is ocean of peace.

5.God is immune to birth and death.

Many qualities God have and all soul get these qualities from God. The difference is that soul forget its qualities and thus meditation is a way to make a divine connection to remember and practice the qualities of supreme power.



3. Shiv and Shankar are different.

The ignorance about Shiva is on account of confusing Shankar with Shiva. Deity Shankar has an angelic body whereas Shiva is oval shaped and worshipped as Shiva Linga. Shankar has a human form residing in the subtle world region called Sankarpuri; he is responsible for destruction of the old world order. In some paintings and sculptures, Shankar is shown meditating in front of the Shiva Linga, which also indicates that the two are different from each other. Lord Shankar worships the supreme GOD.

Day 6 : How to Meditate?

           What is Meditation?            The real meditation is the practice of connecting our soul to the supreme soul(GOD). Those who have stability of life and peacefulness in mind can make a direct connection with Divine Power. People lacking for these qualities and satisfied life need to practice 7 chakra meditation first. In our last day blog we have seen about the 7 chakras.           Before learning meditation let us discuss about increasing concentration of mind. Day 3 : The World.

Three Worlds In our last blogs we have seen about GOD and OUR-SELF (Soul). Keeping that in mind we will further study about the world. How many world are there? One is where we live. Apart from these there are more two different worlds. One from where our Soul comes and another from where our Soul travels. The world from where our soul comes is the permanent address of SUPREME SOUL LORD SHIV. In all there are three worlds we will talk about. They are named as follow: * Physical (corporeal), Subtle (world of thoughts) and the Incorporeal (Soul world)* Corporeal world : In this corporeal world only, the world drama is played within the 5000 years cycle.
